In 2024 we began exploring the design space of using smart glasses as Information Radiator – as replacement or in addition to the large interactive screens. This idea was further developed into a live demonstration on the basis of the XREAL Air 2 Ultra device for ECSCW 2026. An upcoming paper will provide some insights from the evaluation of this prototype and on the design decisions that lead to the prototype.
